1. Who can use HomeworkMint

You must be at least 13 years old to use HomeworkMint. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with a parent/guardian's permission. By using the site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. What HomeworkMint is — academic integrity

HomeworkMint is a tutor that shows steps, not a do-my-homework machine. It explains methods, gives feedback, and offers a similar “try it yourself” problem. You must follow your school's academic-integrity rules, submit your own work, and not use HomeworkMint to complete tests, exams, or assignments in a way your teacher prohibits, or to write whole essays for submission. Teachers' and schools' rules control if they conflict with your intended use.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account via our identity provider. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share accounts to evade limits.

4. Free and Pro plans; billing placeholders

Free features may be limited (for example, a daily number of AI questions enforced on our servers, and ads where enabled). Pro is advertised at $4.99/month (taxes/fees may apply; final price shown at checkout controls). When payments are enabled, checkout and recurring billing are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, you may cancel via the method shown at checkout/account pages, and cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. “Unlimited” is subject to fair-use, rate and abuse limits so one account cannot impose unreasonable AI costs. If payments are not yet connected, no charge occurs and any “checkout opening soon” message controls.

5. AI answers can be wrong

AI and rule-based answers may contain errors. Check important work, show your method, and do not rely on HomeworkMint for medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice.

6. Your content

Do not upload content you do not have rights to, personal data of others, faces of minors, or illegal/abusive material. You retain your rights; you grant us a limited licence to process submissions solely to provide the service (including sending them to AI/payment providers as needed).

7. Acceptable use

No scraping to evade limits, no attacking or overloading the service, no reverse-engineering keys, no reselling access, and no using the service to generate disallowed content.

8. Third parties, availability, liability

The site may link to or rely on Netlify, Stripe, AI providers, and (if enabled) AdSense/analytics. We may change or discontinue features. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 3 months (or $10 if none).
